Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and [Company Name] ("Company", "we", "us"), the operator of AI Business Tycoon (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

2. Account & security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

3. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. This license grants you no rights in our software, code, designs, models, prompts, or content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to, and not to permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense any part of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, system prompts, model instructions, or trade secrets of the Service;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means;
• use any output of the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any machine-learning model, dataset, or competing product;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attack the Service, its servers, or its networks;
• exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior for unfair advantage or financial gain;
• use the Service to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or that violates any third-party right;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.

5. User content & feedback

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., company names, strategy notes, prompts to in-game advisors) ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, display, and use User Content to operate, improve, secure, and develop the Service. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Simulation — not advice; no real money

The Service is a fictional business simulation for entertainment and learning. All companies, valuations, transactions, products, customers, advisors, and outcomes are simulated. The Service does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or business advice, and nothing in the Service should be relied upon for real-world decisions. In-game currency, cap tables, valuations, and "exits" have no monetary value, are non-redeemable, and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text and other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive, and may not reflect our views. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy or fitness of AI output for any purpose.

8. Virtual items & in-app purchases

Any virtual currency, boosters, cosmetics, or items earned or purchased in the Service are licensed (not sold) to you for personal use within the Service, are non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law or platform store policy, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time. Purchases made through Apple, Google, Stripe, Paddle, or other processors are also subject to those providers' terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all source and object code, designs, graphics, user interfaces, mechanics, simulation logic, narrative, characters, system prompts, model instructions, configurations, documentation, trademarks, logos, and the "AI Business Tycoon" and "AI Empires" names, are the proprietary property of [Company Name] and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL [COMPANY NAME] OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.

13. Indemnification
