1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and (for OAuth) profile basics returned by Google or Apple.
• Gameplay data: your run state, decisions, in-game progress, and prompts you send to in-game advisors.
• Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, OS, language, timestamps, referring page, and interaction events.
• Analytics events: anonymous events such as run start/end, milestones, errors, and paywall views to improve the Service.
• Cookies & local storage: session cookies for authentication and local storage to persist your run between visits.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not knowingly collect contact lists, precise geolocation, microphone, camera, health, financial-account, or browsing history outside the Service. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use information

• provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• authenticate you and sync progress across devices;
• respond to support requests;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. AI providers

Prompts you submit to in-game advisors are sent to third-party AI models via the Lovable AI Gateway. We instruct providers not to use your prompts to train their models; however, providers may temporarily process content to deliver responses and for abuse monitoring, subject to their own terms.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

• service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, authentication, AI gateway, analytics, email, payment processors), bound by contractual confidentiality;
• law enforcement or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property;
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

6. International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

7. Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may delete your account and data at any time from in-app Settings → Account, or by emailing us. We do not "sell" personal information as defined under CCPA.

9. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our backend). No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Push notifications

Browser/push notifications are opt-in. You can revoke permission at any time in Settings or your OS notification preferences.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
