system prompts, model instructions, prompt templates, and retrieval pipelines;

trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, and brand assets, including the names "AI Business Tycoon", "AI Empires", and any related marks;

are and remain the exclusive property of [Company Name] and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, database, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries.

2. No open-source license

The Service is closed-source proprietary software. It is not licensed under any open-source license (MIT, Apache, GPL, BSD, etc.). The fact that you may view client-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or network traffic in your browser does NOT grant you any license, ownership, or right to copy, redistribute, or modify the Service.

3. Prohibited uses

Without our prior written permission, you may NOT, and may not assist anyone else to:

copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, host, or redistribute any portion of the Service;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or attempt to derive source code, system prompts, model instructions, embeddings, weights, or trade secrets;
create derivative works, ports, mods, clones, or substantially similar games or simulations;

use any part of the Service, its outputs, or its prompts to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or develop any machine-learning or generative-AI model, dataset, or product;
remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
use our trademarks, logos, screenshots, or trade dress without prior written permission, except for fair-use editorial reference clearly identifying us as the source;
circumvent any technical protection, rate-limit, paywall, or access control.

4. Trademarks

"AI Business Tycoon", "AI Empires", the associated logos, and other product names are trademarks of [Company Name]. All other trademarks referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners; reference to them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL; (d) your contact info; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
